Preqin's real estate investor outlook for the first half of 2013 shows institutional investors are showing increasing appetite for private real estate, with 53.0 per cent of respondents expecting to make commitments to private real estate funds in 2013 compared with 36.0 per cent of respondents to a similar study carried out a year ago.
