Devonshire Corporate Finance, UK Food Industry 2010

The first food industry review from DFCL, the mid-market corporate finance specialist, looks at levels of M&A activity between 2005 and 2010 using data from Zephyr. Among other findings, it shows a significant volume of transactions were completed in the £1m to £10m range – suggesting the demand for smaller food companies continues to be strong.
